Put a light coat of silver over the primer first. This will greatly reduce the number of white coats required, and adds almost nothing to coating thickness.

If it doesnt, second coats are allowed

The only color of primer I have is gray.  If I spray that over the underside of the aircraft I'm building, including in the wheel wells that will be flat white, will the white completely cover the gray?
