Are you using Tamiya's thinner?  It has a retarder in it that will slow down tip dry.  Also, try thinning the paint more and dropping your pressure down.  I thin Tamiya paints about 50% with Tamiya thinner.  I usually spray Tamiya paints around 20 psi with my Paasche H.  Too high a pressure can cause the paint to dry more quickly on the tip.  Finally, use the number 3 tip unless you're detail spraying.  If you are detail spraying, thin the paint even more.

It does sound like tip dry. It brings back memory of the years when I used my Paasche H. It is more difficult to spray thinner through an external mix airbrush to clean it.

Taking the nozzle assembly apart and soaking them in thinner overnight always solved the problem. A gentle scrub helped too.

Sounds like classic tip dry again.

Thinner.

When mine gets clogged at all I just run it through with thinner.  I put laquer thinner in a clean jar, attach it, and spray till it comes out perfect.

ACtuially, I do this every time I switch paint, start, and finish using it

problem with airbrush

I have a Paasche H air brush. When I last used it, it worked fine. I tried to paint my prop tonight and the first two blades went smooth, then it didn't spray anymore. I waited for 5 to 10 seconds while adjusting tip and got a burst of paint then nothing. I tried changing tips to a 3H and still nothing. Everything, including the cup, is clean as best I can tell and I'm at my wits end. Any input or guidance would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!

P.S. I use Tamiya acrylics exclusively and pressure was at 27 psi...I also tried varying the pressure from 25-30 and it still didnt help.  Could be useful info, maybe....
