I shook them quite a bit last night, even stored them upside down overnight, shook them this morning, and they are still not mixed.

Stirred, never shake a small bottle of paint to mix it. Many metallic paints don't appear to mix completely, due to strange (Van der Waal's and other factors) interactions between the coated metallic flakes and the binder/solvent blend. This is normal. If there are no clumps, the paint should spray and brush normally. BTW: Try Hawkeye's Talon acrylic metallics. Best acrylic metallic paint I've seen since the old Polly S line (Not Polly Scale).
