It is a good deal if that is what you want.
In this package, the Airbrush-Depot TC-20 compressor is a nice starter unit and better than most at similar price. I am not fond of the airbrush choice, a Paasche H. It is an external mix, single action airbrush. The Paasche H is fine for occasional modeler who uses it a few times a year. If you airbrush regularly, a better airbrush that is easier to clean will make the job much more enjoyable. It does not matter whether it is single or double action. Both work fine for modeling. I will strongly suggest getting an internal mix airbrush.
I used a Paasche H for many years, but never enjoy it because it is sort of difficult to clean and the control of paint is quite limited. You can do most anything for modeling with the H, but it is more difficult to adjust than, say, an gravit feed, internal mix airbrush. For the same price or just a little more, I will suggest the TC-20 compressor with a Master G-22 or G-23 airbrush. You can build up your skill much faster with these AB's.

This other cake decoration package is also quite good for modeling at a very low $129. The same compressor.
This Amazon seller, TCP Global, is a well established vendor of airbrush equipments and sells at Ebay as well as their own website.
