Ok, now we're getting somewhere. There should never be any bubbling in your paint cup. If you have removed the nozzle at all, check that the o-ring is present and intact. Make sure that the nozzle hasn't been "cross-threaded" and is screwed in all the way (but be careful not to over-tighten). If you have any available, apply a little beeswak to the nozzle threads. As far as I am aware, this is the only point where air may enter the paint path.
