I use a bakers cooling rack that elevates the work surface on my Artograph spray booth. Then I use a relevant size cardboard sheet on top of the cooling rack to give the model a stable flat setting surface. At first I use to just use the cardboard direct on the filter, but I found it worked better if I raised the cardboard. You can get these cooling racks at most restaurant supply stores
So you just sit the model parts directly on the filter. How do prevent things from tipping over or rolling? I have a small turntable would that be restrictive?
The best surface in this case, is no surface. The filter should be able to capture contaminants where they occur. A support surface will restrict airflow at the point where you really need it the most.

Hi everyone, I recently purchased the Artograph 1530 spray booth and had a few questions.
Does anyone know what the 2 large tabs on top in the back are for?
Also any good suggestions for a surface to put on top of the filters to work on?
Thanks
