A coat of Future applied over the top of layer of paint with adhesion problems isn't necessarily going to help things, as it's the paint underneath which isn't adhering to the model's surface.
You may get better results from proper surface preparation. A wash with warm soapy water before painting, minimal handling after washing (to reduce transfer of oils from your skin) and a primer coat before your colour coats (particularly when using acrylics) will provide better results.
You can also try using a masking tape which is lower-tack - eg. Tamiya's masking tape or "blue" painter's tape. If the adhesive on the tape is still too strong, you may try laying the tape on your arm first, before applying it to the model.
