Would a 120 CMF fan be enough for a homemade paint booth?

The booth will be 29 W X 19 D X 22 T

Adequate but just barely IMO...you want 150-200 if possible.

The face area of your booth works out to 4.4 square feet.  Unless you are building a booth in a down-draft configuration, the MINIMUM  fan rating should be 350 cfm.  You should opt for one that will give you 100 fpm face velocity, which would be a fan rated at about 450 cfm.

Happy New Year!
