Once in a while I have a great shopping experience, and this one I have to share. As some know through a recent thread here I decided to purchase a new air brush. I chose to go with a Badger Renegade Velocity, and after doing some price comparison on the internet I stumbled upon the company TC Graphics and Paint with the best price I could find. So I made the purchase along with a quick disconnect complete with 2 plugs. I made this purchase on Friday afternoon, and received a USPS shipping confirmation 3 hours later! Remember, this is Christmas day! Well, yesterday (Monday) I cam home to find my order waiting for me!!!! This was FREE shipping (because my purchase was more than the required $60) to boot! Seriously, how can you beat that!? What is more is, when I opened the package I noticed the Quick Disconnect was missing the second plug, so I e-mailed the company yesterday evening at about 8:30.....1/2 an hour later I got a response from them apologizing and explaining the second plug would go out immediately!
Needless to say this company will get my business again should I need something they sell. Check them out if your interested, I know you will be happy!
