AK / Inter. hand brushing figures -paint seperates and looks chalky

Ive skimmed at least 7 pages of the forum here looking for a similar problem and did not find one.  Im handbrushing AK Interactives IDF figure paint. I  have been using AV for yearswith no issues.  Straight of the box the AKI Figure paint for IDF soldiers is seperated in the bottle.  All the bottles have significant seperation- beyond normal settling.  You can see the pigment is seperated at the bottom of each bottle.

When I hand brushed it on the way I have always brushed AV / Citadel/ Gamecolor (AV) acrylics, it behaves differently and dries chalky.  It took three passes to get coverage on the base uniform color.   All of my subsequent highlight colors dried very chalky and the colors are so muddy that there is no real highlight or shadow.    Im so unimpressed with this $25 plus shipping paint set.   Apparetnly its me, since all the videos I watched tonight on Youtube rave about how great this paint is.   It certainly behaves differently than the AV Ive used for years.

Has anyone else experienced this seperation and chalkiness issue?
