Yep, it'll work. A few comments though:
- if the inner-tube is 'dirty', you might get dirty air
- those compressors can crank out alot of pressure. You'll need to watch the pressure in the tube so that it doesn't overinflate/burst
- put a regulator on the outlet or you'll get the same psi that is in the tube (which could be pretty high...)
