Ron, try soaking it in Simple Green overnight. If that doesn't work break out the Easy Off oven cleaner. Be sure to use gloves and ventilation.

littlemoe-
Funny you ask this question as I finished stripping the paint of my Revel Jordan EJ10 body yesterday. I had started painting the body about a year and half ago with 'plasti-kote' primer and House of Kolor's yellow but didn't finish the job. I recently decided to start over and searched this fine BBS and found the link that MikeV has referenced.
Off to Wal-Mart I went on Tues. and purchased the Castrol Super Clean in a purple jug for $5.xx. Today the body is a clean canvas to work with.
Now it did take about eight hours or so for all the paint to come off but I am overly pleased with the results. What I did was take a tupperware type container, filled it with the CSC and dropped in the body. Every few hours I checked the progress and slowly but surely the paint just disolved right off with no scrubbing. Pretty cool.

HRD,

Are you using adequate ventilation with those House of Color urethanes? Better be real careful as they are isocyanates and can enter the body not only through the nose but also the eyes.

That's good Ron, but you said you were using Boyd paint and not urethane toners. Wink [;)]

I'm sure it's fine. My point was that there is a big difference in enamels and urethanes as far as toxicity go.

Pink elephants...I'm way beyond that now...

MikeV - thanks for the concern. Ventilation is always a concern but in this case not a problem :)

I use CSC too. The only thing I've seen it stumble on is the Tamiya Spray lacquers (or whatever they are...). I used brake fluid on that (also quite nasty stuff that needs to be used with caution) and it seemed to work.

I need to try that CSC sometime to see what the rave is all about. All I have ever used is Easy-Off oven cleaner in the yellow can which works great, but it sounds like the Castrol is even better. Cool [8D]
