                        can you use microscale flat or gloss over herald kind decals

                        Yes you can I have done that several times with no probluems just be sure the decals have dried at least 24 to 48 hours. By the way where did you find Herald King decals, they stopped making decals several years ago.                   ACESES5                     Welcome Sign                           Balloons

                        not sure  where I picked them up at . but I know I have had them since 2002. thanks for the info
