William,

when I am trying to shrink anything for display in a model (text, drawings, posters) I print, then photocopy and reduce the print several times until you achieve the size you want.  It seems to keep the lines and text crisp.  Helps a fair bit if you have an all in one copier / printer.

Hi guys,
I was plan to making a newspapers as smaller for my model. As I was already made my own newspaper on my Photoshop and then resized down from 15 inches height to 1 1/2 inches but it went blur so badly and unableread it. I want be readable and clear as sharper as well....Help me! :(
