Hi Don,thanks for your reply. I have stacks of Fine Scale Modeler mags but not one article on how to make your own decals.I do have a modern printer and I've seen decal paper at the hobby shop. Is there any direction you could point me to learn this process....thanks....Mark Korda
I find the boot topping/waterline decals just about the simplest kind of homemade decals to make. So if the kit doesn't come with them, I always just make my own.

Hi. I just joined this forum today. I love the waterline 1/700 Tamiya and Hasagawa series waterline warships from WW2. Some kits are missing decals. Without small German or Japanese flags and such I've lost interest in finishihing the models.Some have them and some don't.
