How long is enough time to let decal bonder dry? Can says nothing.

I am assuming you are talking about a solvent. I like to let those dry at least 12 hours.  You can really damage the decal by touching it before it is completely dry, so I like to err on the safe side.

I use Solvaset and let it set overnight to check for any bubbles that I then lightly touch with the sharp tip of a new #11 blade and re apply where needed. I let the decals cure for a day or two before any further sealing or weathering.
