im new to modeling but truly enjoying it. ive recently purchashed revells f15e strike eagle modle #85-511 but i can seem to fine the instrument panel decals could someone lead me in the right direction it may seem like a dumb question but i keep looking and nothing seems like it would fit. help would truly be appreciated.

Many online hobby stores like Squadron, Spruebrothers, Megahobby, Scalehobbyist, Hobbylinc, etc... sell aftermarket stuff. Good luck with the search.
if you are looking for a revell part or decal sheet, if is a current kit you can contact them via phone or go through the replacement part order form on the web site. If they have it they ship one no charge as long as you dont make it a regular thing. If not then you can try ebay. sometimes you can find original decals from people who chose an after market route. Then they sell the original kit decals on ebay. Let us know how it goes.
