I read somewhere about how to ro prevent Cement for plastic models from making spider web when applying can someone help.

Change to a liquid solvent glue and toss the tube glue. Now!

Agreed...liquid is the way to go!

If you're short on resources, have nothing but tube cement, and need to build something *now*, at least use a narrow tip to prevent globs, and a short burst from a hairdryer will get rid of the cobwebs.
