Tamiya Plastic Sriber any good?

 

You can get a very decent (Chinese made) set of scribers from Harbor Freight.....using them on styrene, they will last forever.

Lt, You got a link or part number for those ? I have never been to Harbor Freight.  

Luckly I have a habhor freight here in town.  I found these on-line

They look pretty close to the Testor scriber.  I might give them a shot, as they are only 2 bucks.

 But has anyone had experince with the Taimya scriber.

I have one of the Tamiya and one from Squadron. The Tamiya is better for a deeper heavy cut on open areas and when scribing plastic sheet for cutting. The Squadron is better for more precise delicate work. The two compliment each other.
