Oh heck yeah! I took something that was good and made it exceptional. The pair I displayed at the Nats had the guys who picked them up and cut up sprues drooling.Wink [;)]

Besides they are made in the USA (Saco, ME) and have a lifetime warranty. What else would you expect from Xuron!

Why can't I find the "Any" key on my keyboard?

I bought a set of these a few months back, a bit skeptical but my frustration in the past trying to get the parts off the sprues without damage was getting the better of me.

I love these new sprue cutters!  They cut so cleanly and cleaning up the nubs is almost fun now, with a pass or two of a sharp blade and no more filling the area with glue or putty to fix them!  I must admit, they are one of my favorite tools.

Highly recommended. Bow [bow]

I think you should send me a free set to analyze and report on here. Big Smile [:D]

Xuron sprue cutter
Posted by zapme on Sunday, June 14, 2009 12:14 AM

Hi everyone,

Just got my new Xuron sprue cutter and I've just put it through it's paces. If anyone is tossing up whether to buy one or not, well i reccomend it. I've got the other Xuron cutter, they look similar but the new sprue cutter has a pointier tip and it cuts much cleaner than the other with very little to clean up. Got mine from Micro-Mark but pretty much all the on-line shops have them.

 Cheers Leo
