A pin vise is just a small manual drill, you can get bits much smaller than even the one's they sell for rotary tools like Dremel.

A punch & Die set is a tool that lets you punch out small round holes from things. For modelling, people use it to punch out holes for making aircraft panels, or punching out aircraft instrument decals. I'm sure you can think of other uses whenever you need small perfect holes or discs in your building.
