I have had good reponse from Mico-Mark also.....but I did experience a glitch.
As part of a larger order, my 4 in 1 Zona saw arrived minus one blade in the package. The saw package was factory sealed so it was obvious that it was no fault of Micro-Mark.
I wrote Micro-Mark about the shortage (and explained how it was not their mistake)....and they wrote right back....very apologetic and polite and said they would send the missing blade. Nice!
Well, after a few weeks.....no blade. I wrote back and they replied that it had been sent and hadn't been returned to them....so therefor I must have received it.
I just dropped it. Now I have finally had something 'lost in the mail'.
But Micro-Mark's customer service response was good
