I do recall a post like that. After a quick look around (which I'm sure you also tried), I couldn't find it either. It seems to me there were also comments by Gerald of HawkeyeHobbies in the same thread, with pictures of the Xuron sprue nippers he likes.

Unfortunately, discussion of a tool can pop-up in almost any forum or thread, making it tough to recall where you saw it.

Gerald has shown his Xuron a few times in the past few months in certain areas. Perhaps a search using his name and Xuron as keywords can help you find the post you want. Gerald himself may have made the post, though I think it was someone else.

Progress is on going, a project manager has been assigned, I even had to send back my prototype for them to use to compare against the initial batch of preproduction units. The preproduction units will be distributed to several reviewers for feedback. Once that happens final tweaks, packaging design and pricing established. The goal is that the new cutters will make their debute at iHobby.

If you want to express your desire for this product drop the folks at Xuron a line. Mention the "NEW" Sprue Cutter.

email them at sales@xuron.com
