Nope.  But I find I use so little each time that it lasts me a long time.  I generally do not spray it on joint, but apply it with a toothpick, or a homemade tool.

The tool I use is a medium size sewing needle, with its point shoved into a piece of 3/8 inch dowel.  Then, I grind the end of the eye off, leaving a fork.  I push down the plunger of the kicker bottle until some kicker oozes out of the nozzle. I then touch the fork to it, transferring the liquid kicker to the area within the fork, where it sits by surface tension.  Then I apply it to the joint.

I thought most would know this. A while back I read I read that a great CA kicker is Baking Soda. It really does work. they also said baking powder works, but I haven't tried that. The Baking Soda works good enough for me

Since CA was originally formulated for sealing human skin after surgery, plain simple water will accelerate the curing of CA. It's faster than air drying and far less expensive, but not as fast, as kicker.
