Anyone familiar with Testors Superglue?

Saw this on the HL shelf yesterday and was wondering how it's different from the standard model master liquid cement? I'm assuming stronger, and if so, what type of things would you use it for, or why not use it for the entire build (other than clear plastic of course)?
