Italeri 1/35 scale Tiger

Damir Klaric
Split, Croatia

“I made this 1/35 scale Italeri Tiger in 1979-80, when I was 17,” says Damir. He added Revell and Tamiya pieces to the interior, added Dragon figures, and hand-brushed everything with Matchbox, Airfix, and Revell paints.

Excellent weathering for a young lad! Nice to keep the models built in your youth, good reminder of why you enjoy the hobby and a bench mark for progression.

Thank you people for these comments , I appreciate that ! :) The funniest catch with this model is the fact that the ''mud'' with whom I've been covered up the tracks is still standing after all these years :) I used the mix made from the white flour , the natural compost (!?), corn flour and mineral water ... and as you can notice - it works pretty well !
