Hawkeye with Model Master enamels and the kit decals, adding pitot tubes on the
anti-glare panel and scratchbuilding windshield wipers and an antenna system.
He says, “Though I am only a recreational pilot (I fly gliders), this is the
aircraft I would have wanted to fly had I been a Navy pilot.”
