Because Tamiya kitted the Super Blackbird only in European styling, Jason had to make 42 modifications to Tamiya’s 1/12 scale model to depict the ride of close friend Mike Briggs, a bike shop owner in Calgary. Jason also personalized and mounted Tamiya’s Valentino Rossi rider in the saddle.
