Pierre says he built Moebius’ 1/32 scale Flying Sub, “because I am a big fan of ‘Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea’ and the Flying Sub is my favorite vehicle, next to the Seaview.” He added LEDs to the interior. He says, “Rather than paint the model the standard yellow with navy blue trim, I used Model Master intermediate blue for the upper surfaces and camouflage gray for the bottom. The interior is painted with Tamiya acrylics.” He created this image in Adobe Photoshop, combining the model photo with an undersea image found on the Internet.
