Patrick modeled Aoshima’s 1/350 scale U.S. Coast Guard Eagle using stretched black sprue for rigging. He says, “I’m mostly a car guy, but a few years ago I started building ships. I had started to build this kit with my dad, but our skills weren’t that good and we never finished it. A few years ago my wife got me this kit for Christmas and I built it as a tribute to my dad. I’m sure he was proud.”
