Robert built several planes for his best friend’s father, who was a ground crewman with the U.S. Army Air Corps in England during World War II. One of them was this Revell 1/48 scale B-25. He says, “I used Testors Model Master enamels, Vallejo acrylics, and a heck of a lot of Deluxe Materials Perfect Plastic Putty.” He washed with dark brown Winsor & Newton artist’s oils and picked out panel lines with a dark gray Gundam Real Touch Marker.
