Steve wanted to build a replica of a truck from a building-materials distribution company where he used to work. So, he personalized an AMT 1/25 scale Kenworth tractor and Fruehauf trailer, hand-painting the company name on the cab doors, loading the trailer with balsa sheets to represent a load of particle board, and stenciling the company logo on the top sheets. Gold pinstripes on the tractor, tie-downs on the trailer, and bands around the loads are various types of tape. He added pieces of aluminum foil as edge-band protectors on the loads.
