Ken sent us images of T.P. Schweider’s 1/35 scale “Doughnut Dollies and Clubmobile,” a tribute to the women of the Red Cross who served up coffee and dunkers in World War II. Falling out for roll call are: an Italeri 2.5-ton U.S. truck; Red Cross Clubmobile from CMK; figures from Alpine, Hornet, Verlinden, Warriors, and ADV; Archer decals; and Eduard, Verlinden, and scratchbuilt interior details. “The doughnuts were the biggest challenge!” says Schweider.
