John modeled Hasegawa’s 1/350 scale Akagi to appear as it would in December 1941 as the flagship of the Japanese task force that attacked Pearl Harbor. He fitted the carrier with Hasegawa’s Detail Up sets A, B, C, and Super, Eduard photo-etch, and Hasegawa IJN aircraft.
