Steven didn’t exactly tell us, but this looks like the 5-inch Halo Master Chief, Level 2, from Bandai’s SpruKits line. He says, “I’m not a character/figure modeler at all, so this kit was a departure for me. I’m a big fan of the Halo franchise, so I thought I’d give it a whirl.” He applied Testors chrome silver enamel for a base coat and topped it with Tamiya acrylic deep green (XF-26), then chipped and weathered with Winsor & Newton artist’s masking fluid, gently sanding and scraping edges to replicate wear. He says, “It was a fun build, and some fun subject matter! I’ll definitely be doing more of these.”
