A Question for the MODS
Posted by Konigwolf13 on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 5:35 PM

Dearest Mods,

As is pretty obvious by now there are alot of concerns about the forum redesign. While there has been an announcement my Matt concerning tech problems, there has been do comment via open discussion or locked thread about the design issues many are concerned about.

Is there any chance that mods or management may put together a post detailing what tech issues are being delt with, like the non internet explorer browser issue many have.

eg

Speed issues        nearly complete

Browser compatibility     Working

other     Known     etc

This has worked well on other forums I've seen having teething problem as it keeps the member in the loops as to whats happening.

My other concern is the design issues many (including myself) are experiencing.

Is there a chance of either an announcement by management  concerning some or all of many members concerns, or maybe having a post asking for suggestions (as opposed to people people bellyaching everywhere-me included), then getting back to the members about what it is possible to change.

Thankyou

Andrew Harris

I concur... the silence from the admin/mod/IT types to all the grumbling going on is FRUSTRATING.  Just put up a freakin' thread that says:

'Hey guys, we hear ya, and we are working on it.'

Just that little bit of reassurance would go a long way.  The silence?  Makes people feel like they are being IGNORED, and no one likes to have their concerns disregarded or ignored...
