Rick, John & John - Thanks a lot for Your comments.

In case it might help somebody, I painted the exhaust stains with an airbrush, and then, while the paint (humbrol) was still fresh I took a fine brush, dipped it in solvent and painted the vertical runs.

Thanks for checking my post, looking forward to more comments, have a nice day

Nice work Pawel. Yes

I also airbrushed my exhaust stains but did not use a paint brush. It was all freehand airbrushed.

Here is a picture of mine that I did several years back:

Wisdom is the right use of knowledge. To know is not to be wise. Many men know a great deal, and are all the greater fools for it. There is no fool so great a fool as a knowing fool. But to know how to use knowledge is to have wisdom. " Charles Spurgeon

Very nice Pawel. I love the weathering. I'm a fan of CAS aircraft such as the A-1.  Love the OV-10 as well.

You did very well with your rendering of an SEA theater Skyraider!  Camo is especially nice.
