Sioux Bust (Young Miniatures)
Posted by ajlafleche on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 11:49 AM

Here is my interpretation of Young Miniatures’ 1/10 Sioux bust as sculpted by Carl Reid. He is painted in acrylics and posed on a buckeye burl base from John Jeffries. I used a hawk feather I found in a park as the pattern for his feathers.

Enjoy.

Again .... nice job. I really like those bases. Where do you find them?

Outstanding! Yes  This reminded me of old TV commerical back in late 70's or early 80's where an indian was crying when land is being polluted or something like that.
