model chat (attn: dvoss/Laurence Hansen)

Dave, the chat room idea has been a great one from the onset. It's been a lot of fun to be a part of the test group and "chat" with some of the members you see posting regularly on the forum pages. I think that it helps to strengthen the camaraderie we share for our hobby. And you get to find out that some of those guys (and girls) out there are as crazy as you are!!!

Put me down as a proponent for a chat room. It would definitely be an asset to be able to share ideas in real time. The only problem I see with it, is that I would probably spend an inordinant amount of time in the chat room and my time on the work bench would suffer. The up side would be that I would undoubtedly acquire additional skills in model building which would only make my finished work that much better. We need a chat room now!

I didn't get to test the chatroom very much, as I lost the link when harddrive fried.
