Hello from far-away India
Posted by Anonymous on Thursday, January 2, 2003 2:14 AM
Hello all,
My name is nandu narasimhan. I am from India. Built my first kit in 1975 - a 1:32 Gustav from Airfix, if I remember right, and a Revell Skyhawk. Went out for nearly 20 years. Started again in 1995, when kits started coming into India.

Haven't built a single kit for 5 years now, though I hit Brett Green's site every day. Have between fifteen and twenty kits in different scales, all unbuilt, a 1:48 Revell '262 that's almost complete, a half begun Academy 1:48 F-4U Corsair and a Ju-88 with the fuselage halves glued together!

I am also the proud owner of two issues of FSM from a couple of years ago.

Wanna get back again. Don't own an airbrush. Get by with brush and enamel!

Looking for help in techniques, and lots of encouragement and goading!!!

Regards,
nandu

Hi nandu,

I think you've come to the right place. I've learned a little bit on almost every thread, there are loads of nice people around here, and always at least one poster who has the answer to your question Smile [:)]. Sounds like it's difficult to get FSM in your part of India, so hopefully the forums will provide you with your FSM need.
