2020 IPMS Nats canceled

Sad, but expected.  At least San Marcos gets another shot in 2023.  Fingers crossed that we get this pandemic under control soon.

To bad for the organizers but expected.  Glad they were able to work things out with the convention center.  Well there is some good news, I have three years to prepare for it seeing how the model I was planning to enter suffer a total paint failure and I didn't think I would get it back on schedule to make the meet. 

There is also the 2022 meet in Omaha.  The wife has a sister living there and she would be up to a road trip for a visit.

   2021 will be in Fabulous Las Vegas, that could prove to be alot of fun. It is withing driving distance for me to boot. Gonna have to wait and see.

My Vegasholic friend roped me into going to the 2021 Nats.  Actually he tricked me - he asked me if I would go if Vegas was ever the venue and I said “oh sure” thinking it would never happen.  If it does happen, we should have a FSM get together.  It would be nice to meet the awesome people here on the forum.

I’ll bring some chocolate covered mac nuts!

   I will see what I can do on my end to make it happen. ALOT has changed for me in the last few months so I won't promise....however like Yoda says " do or do not there is no try".
