Request for prayers
Posted by Cadet Chuck on Monday, December 10, 2012 10:39 PM

I'm not a new member, but this seemed to be the best category to post this in..

I had emergency heart surgery 4 years ago and have been doing fine and enjoying modeling to the max.

Today  I had some medical tests and the results were not too good.  If anyone is inclined to offer a prayer, it would be graciously appreciated.  We all need all the help we can get, right?

Thanks, Chuck

Chuck,

You are in my prayers. I had heart surgery about 6 years ago and so far (knock on wood...) all is well. Be strong, pray continuously and listen to the docs! Witih Christ, all things are possible.

Prayers sent Chuck. Had heart surgery a few years back myself. Knock on wood I'm still in decent shape. Ditto on the advice to follow Doctors orders.

Never surrender! Bacteria never surrender; if there were one salmonella
left in the world,  doubling every  30 minutes,  it would take  less than a
week to give everyone alive diarrhea.  Never,  never,  never surrender!

Hi Chuck,

Keeping you in our thoughts & prayers.

I also had open heart surgery twelve years ago.  Modern medicine can do some great things.

Keep the faith.

Cadet Chuck,

Hope your new year is going well. Haven't been on much lately, spending a lot of time at SP&R (www.sparforums.com), more than one viewpoint, so to speak. . Continuing to think of you and your health.

Thank you, gentlemen, for your best wishes and prayers.  They are working, I am improving and hopefully "out of the woods" now, or at least soon!  It was a scary episode, but I have one of the best cardiologists in the country, and have been treated well!  I appreciate your friendship and concerns.

Glad to here things are looking up. Both my parents went through this for years so I know how tough it can be. But the technology and techniques keep getting better every year. You will continue to be in my prayers, best wishes to you and your family.
