Hey BlackSheep - where are you in upstate NY? I'm in Albany, home of the finest bunch of corrupt legislators money can buy. There was a huge run on the stores here too and I still think the south is the answer. Maybe it rains instead of snows but I never shoveled rain.

Well supposed to get another couple of inches tonight.  No big deal.  Now they are saying Sunday Monday Tuesday another possible 2 feet.  I know I live in new England but this is ridiculous.   I'm a mail carrier this is putting a lot of extra mileage on my feet can't cut across lawns to deep.  John

My normal route I walk just short of 11 miles a day.

Let me reiterate that, the part of CA I am in never gets snow.

Up in northern CA they have multiple ski resorts.

Got 6 inches this morning. We're expecting another 3 - 5 inches by tonight. So sick of snowblowing. LOL!

Looks it's gonna be flurries tomorrow and turning bitter cold the next few days.

Man send some of it out here...we are at 16 % of normal pack in the Cascades and if we don't get a bunch  this month I hate to think what fire season will be like.  Will be a tinderbox by June and forest fires breaking out in spades, and they won't be little ones.

Where I live it has never snowed,.... EVER!!!

Heh - the trouble with southerners is they go into full panic mode over 2 inches of snow. 

Over here in the good 'ol UK, England-shire,   0.25Inches is enough cause 'Snow-mageddon' headlines.

Over here it was patchy, & I only spun off once, like ice-skating backwards, I can do it, but not on purpose 

Yeah,It's still February,it's suppose to snow.

Here in Minneapolis they are forecasting 3-5 inches today, over sleet or freezing rain.  By the sounds of it the sleet or freezing rain is just starting.

Boise ID is in the mid 30's for the low, mid 50's for the high and sun all week long. Sorry.

Denver CO is 60s, snow tonight  maybe thru Wednesday morning, 50s-60s Thursday thru weekend.

I've noticed over the years, that Denver's  and Boise's weather are almost the same. My father lived in Denver for around 20 years and passed in 06.

Don't mind the ice too much.  I try the slip and slide when possible on the back road when it's deserted.  I do OK.  Don't like it when it happens while in traffic though.  Don't know what the other guy is going to do.

I'm with you man, it's just not funny anymore. The worst thing, up here at least, is we haven't had any melt-offs like we usually do. It's been consistently -15C (5F for you southerners) or worse for... man, since January.

here in mass we are having roof cave ins  and more to come  then in mar/april when the defost starts  many of us r going to have flooded basements

I feel for you folks in the noetheast, i miss snow and the northwest is predicted to be drier and warmer than normal, not bragging just a fact, i don't think i would hold up as long as you folks have. If i had a way to move it out west i would. Be safe up there it will melt.......eventually. thoughts going out to ya'll.
