I went to its website to report about the missing sheet. After a month and two messages, I haven't heard from the office in South Korea. The owner of my favorite hobby shop gave me the right contact person who works here in USA. He replied to my first email within minutes! I am not kidding...
The missing PE sheet got here a week later! Now I will not hesitate to buy more sets from PL...
