Does anyone here have experience with Revell Germany customer Service? Here is my situation. Im building the 1/72 Halifax bomber. The kit was missing one half of one of the vertical stabalizers (part # 93 I believe). About 2 weeks ago, I put in a request with Revell Germany for a replacement. Just wondering if anyone here has had a like experience with Revell Germany and if your issue got resolved.

I've used them before, sent a request via their website link, never received a confirmation or response, but about a month or so later, the part was at my door from Germany to Kentucky.

I've had a great experience with Revell Germany customer service several times. One time I was waiting for my part longer than usual and I called them and asked if they got my request and what's the status. The lady working there told me each year they get a massive surge of requests after Christmas and it takes them about until April to work all of them off and so the requests coming in at these times tend to take longer than usual to process. Sometimes I got the parts I requested after two weeks or even less.

I've used their link a couple of times when I've lost parts. They never responded to my email, but they sent the parts a few weeks later, free of charge.

I requested a replacement for a missing part in his Revell Germany model kit, followed up after a week, and received the part promptly after contacting customer service, allowing me to complete my model without further delays.
