How would you rate your skills

Do I get extra points for resourcefulness? I'm a good to very good modeler(if I had a camera, I'd get into FSM all the time), but my skills are in resourcefulness. IE: Sandbags of tissue paper and contour putty(works MUCH better than actual sand!), I build a flag and flag pole from sprue and spare parts, bottles of stretched clear sprue(I've actually stopped ever throwing away my sprue. Now, I always keep the parts tree). Ammo belts of contour putty... I make do with what I can afford. It's actually kinda fun to take cheap stuff and make it look good.
But I really want an airbrush... Anyone got a good one for a dollar?

Here in Northeast Ohio, I'm going to use my modeling skills to build an ark. If it doesn't sink, my skills are great. Actually, they are mediocre. I have trouble filling and sanding seams. It takes forever, the green stuff doesn't want to feather, or chips out. I usually destroy the panel lines. I think I do a good job painting. My non modeling family and friends are usually impressed, but as with all things, I know where to look for the goofs. But I keep trying.
