Not really.  I would redo it in gray, but it is up to you.

Ok I hope this does it . I may need to take off little flory weathering .

Looks pretty good.  One issue, military ones had fabric seats, not leather.  They were just green canvas.  The rest of the cockpit interior should be light gray too.

Rick,

Glad to hear no one was killed in the recent tornado there.  Here in Bama we have had some bad ones in the last few years.  Once you hear the freight train coming, you'll never forget the sound.  Take care and I hope you get back to normal soon.  The model is looking great, by the way.

Well Rick, sorry to hear about that - I'm glad it didn't hit you too badly. Hold on and I hope you and your family will be well enough, that you can resume modelling soon. Good luck!

Don't know if these have been posted already but I came across these walkarounds whilst looking for reference pics for my Academy 1/35 USCG Bell 47, 2nd one is probably more relevant as it's a H-13, not Bell 47, although you'll have to copy/paste the link in your browser as it doesn't seem to work as a link in this post -

Hi Rick,

I too am working on the same kit at the moment.  My fuselage wasn't warped like yours at least, hope you got it all fixed.  The instructions are rather vague as to the location of the some of the parts for sure.  Plus there are a ton of sink holes, ejector pin marks, and mold seams to clean up.  Good times...

I found these walk around pictures on another forum.

Here: s608.photobucket.com/.../Bell%2047%20Walk%20around

and here:

s20.photobucket.com/.../OH-13%20Sioux

I hope they are of some use to you.  I have the Squadron "mini" In Action book which is okay but not too many detail shots.

Good luck on your build and be sure to keep posting photos!

-Derek

Thank you

In Vietnam it was Olive Drab Green.  Testors Model Master OD is a good match for the Vietnam OD color.

Thank you
