Bish

Really interesting to hear that about those trees. I have been wanting to get some pine trees, i have at least one dio in mind i want to use them one. I can't find anything decent in Europe and i wasn't sure how the Scenic factory one would look, and they are not cheap just to find out they are not so good.

Do you guys get the kits or the ready made trees. I understand they don't ship the complete trees over seas so i will have to get a kit. I know they are not cheap, but worth it for the right dio.

Bish,

Here in the states we can get both. The kits are the way I am going to go when I purchase them for a few dio's I have in mind. As for the look of their pine trees, IMHO they are the best for size, stage of health and over all being realistic. There is on other company here "Grand Central Gems" that have some really nice complete or kits of trees in a good assortment of species. Below is a link for Grand Central Gem, and a YouTube video of the Scenic Tree kit.

Every link and little bit of info helps, thanks jeff, i'll check that out. IMHO, you can never have enough variety when it comes to dio materials.

I have a few supplies left over from making the pine trees in my Russian armor dio. If you like I can send you some so that you can try them to see if you would like to buy them.

Not sure if that was for me Dutch, but if so, thanks very much for the offer. But its going to be ages before i get round to any dio that needs them and shipping across the pond would cost to much.
