I love the smell of plastic in the morning
Love it. Did you have to do anything special for the pilot's pose?
thanks!
The 21st Century figure I used has movable arms and head. The way he's molded gives him a forward angle in relation to the Kit Seat.
This is mine, I actually gave it to a model shop to display yesterday, I am going to try my hand at a BF109G from Revell next the 1/32 kit, I heard it's a fantastic model.
It's Revell's 1/48th Eurofighter
Here are a few of my recent Monogram builds.
Fantastic work all around !
Sure enough!
BEAUTIFUL TOMCAT. My Favorite Monogram Kit!
the doog What a timely thread, Carlos; as you know, I just finished this one up! Pretty awed at some of the skill in this forum! My humble contribution.....

On the Bench: Too Much
Wow, just plowed through about 30 pages of this thread. I'm drained. So much great work. Wish I could give a shout out all the great work individually, but it would just take to long. Well done Monogram Men!
3 Revell 1/48 F/A-18C's with lots of non-Revell aftermarket applied. Apologies for not really sticking to the 1 kit per post rule, but they kinda go together...
I also created a separate post if anyone is interested in more pictures.

Retired and living the dream!
Another Revell build of mine. Finished it last week. It was a commission job for a co-worker. He was very happy.

Wow, I guess that I forgot to post my 1/48 Tiffy that I built a few months back...
Love that Typhoon!
Here's a Monogram model I had forgotten to include in this thread. Another build from 20+ years ago, it was first photographed last summer at the Coffield Regional Airport in Rockdale, Texas.
It is my Bell P-39 Airacobra, in Red Airforce livery:
"All you mugs need to get busy building, and post pics!"
I'm a ship modeler but I wanted to work with my boys who are 8 and 10 this summer on some models they could build with a bit of help from dad. So here is a 1/48 B-17G and P-51D from out summer build. They are hanging from their ceiling now waiting for a Bf-109 to tangle with.
Steve
Two old favorites of mine!
Thanks Stik! It's been a good 40 plus years since I built a plane model but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The Revellogram 109 will get some weathering so I can gain some more experience and stretch my chops a bit. I have some more 1/48 planes in the stash to work on down the road, but they are going to get into the queu now.
Nice Typhoon you posted by the way.
Also, thanks for posting something to this thread, I was looking for it earlier this week after the changeover and could not find it for the life of me!
Steve, if your 109 kit is the old Revell or Monogram mold, please share it here. The Revell 109-G10 is a real beauty with a little work....

darn right it is! IF I want a quickie build, Ill pick this kit up at michaels or something.
I got bogged down at the bench with too many big projects going on all at once, soto loosen the funk, I popped this baby out over a weekend
nothing fancy, just good ol' rattle cans and some putty for masking

Now that I'm here, where am I??
Revell 1/48 F15E
Very nicely done cnq!
Very nice work!!! I'm currently working on two of these same kits. I see the Bold Tigers of the 391st flying on a daily basis. Love these birds!!!
On the Bench: Lots of unfinished projects!
Stik,
Can and will do. It is the G version.
CWO,
Very nice Bf, especially with rattle cans! Thanks for posting it.
