Excellent work..I like the results of the Alclad flat (I use their gloss religiously). I may have to try that out.

Fantastic build. I particularly like the look of your exhausts!
That is just gorgeous! What did you use for the antenna wire and how did you rig it so nicely?

I'm just learning weathering techniques. Can you tell me how you created the wear on the floorboard in this pic? And also, how did you create the streaks on the propeller blades? Just amazing.

Buckeye That is just gorgeous! What did you use for the antenna wire and how did you rig it so nicely? Mike
I use fishing wire of 0.12 m/m.
I made two holes in the wings and a hole in the fuselage with a drill of 0.2 m/m (the finest I have) and the other in the vertical drift with a drill of 0.4 m/m. I glued the wires after the glue dries passed them through the hole in the drift. I glued with cyano glue keeping the three wires stretched.
Thanks for that info!
Great job! So, uhh, umm, if I send you my P-40 kit, think maybe you could build it for me, but not tell anyone??
